Product Processing

Process time of orders: 1-2 days once payment has been approved.

Shipping time:  The shipping time will depend upon the (1) Shipping option you select, (2) Time of year (i.e. Thanksgiving and Christmas season may be the busiest for USPS, inclement weather or US Postal delays).  

Note: Media and Library mail may not offer insurance or tracking.  In addition, at times, packages shipped through Media or Library may be subject to be opened by postmaster or designated postal worker to check if package contains  media content.

Returns & Refunds

Dvine Strategies has a “no refund” policy.  Prior to shipping, we take every precaution to check the product(s) and the package to ensure it is sealed properly for safe arrival to the delegated shipping address. 

We are not responsible if an order has been damaged by the postal service.  However, consideration will be given on an individual basis only should the customer request a refund or replacement.  You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to correct the situation at our email address: doris@dvinestrategies.com

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at payment checkout.  We do not refund orders if your shipping address and email address was entered incorrectly. Please notify us via our email address immediately at (doris@dvinestrategies.com) to consider a possible adjustment. 

International Orders

Please noteAt this time, we will only process and ship orders within the United States.  If you live outside the United States (including Mexico and Canada), please purchase at the bookstores listed on the Homepage of our website, Amazon.com or your local bookstore.  Thank you for your support. 

Cancelations

Dvine Strategies has a right to cancel an order at anytime for the following reasons:

  • Order was not approved through payment gateway. 
  • Suspected Fraud Activity
  • Declined credit cards

We can and will terminate your information from the website without notice, for conduct we believe violates our Private Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Shipping/Cancellation/Refund Policy that may prove harmful or a conflict to our business interest. 

Tracking Orders

Many shipping options are offer tracking and insurance through real time service at the United States Postal Service (USPS).  To obtain the proper option for shipping need, please read the info (pull-down shipping options chart) prior to check-out.

URGENT:  Prior to check-out; please review your shipping address for accuracy. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.  No refunds will be granted.
